Melina
Melina has the appearance of mahogany, it is extremely stable and highly resistant to insects. Melina is excellent for solid wood panels, kitchen cabinets, bookshelves, bars, and countertops. It has excellent properties for stain grade moldings. It can be stained any color, it is easy to mold, it sands like glass and can be nailed without splitting or cracking.

Costa Rican Cypress
Because of the natural oils in the Costa Rican Cypress trees, it s naturally resistant to weather and most insects. It has a favorable odor to people, but insects don't like it.
